- Call to speak to a Nurse Patient Advocate, or register online - complete medical history and have your records transferred
- You select your hospital and surgeon and we schedule your procedure
- We make all travel and hotel accommodations for you. We also encourage taking a companion with you, and we'll assist them in making their travel plans as well.
- You can use your frequent flyer miles, hotel points or other credits toward your medical travel cost
- We schedule your follow-up appointment with your US physician before you leave the US

Upon arrival to your selected destination you will be greeted at the airport and guided through customs.* Your concierge host will take you and your companion to check into your selected hotel to rest for the night.
The next day, your concierge host will transport you to the hospital for your initial consultation with your surgeon, and pre-op testing. Your concierge host will shuttle you back to your hotel. You will be transported to the hospital for admission the following day. Upon admission, your companion may choose to be transported back to the hotel, or stay in the guest accommodations in your private hospital room.

You will undergo your surgical procedure, spend several days in the hospital until ready to be released by your surgeon, then transported back to your hotel for recovery until you are ready to travel. You will be transported to and from the hospital for any post-op visits. Once cleared for travel, your concierge host will transport you and your companion to the airport to return to the US.
Before you leave the country, a digital copy of your medical records will be provided to you for your follow up visit with your US physician if needed.
