Patients should only be referred to institutions accredited by recognized accrediting bodies.
-The Satori Global Network™ is comprised of only hospitals accredited by the Joint Commission International.

Prior to travel, local follow-up care should be coordinated.
-Satori facilitates patients' follow-up care with U.S. provider prior to departure.

Patients should be informed of rights and legal recourse prior to traveling outside U.S. for care.
-Satori informs patients of their rights and procedure fees include personal accident insurance.

Patients should have access to physician licensing and outcome data and facility accreditation and outcome data.
-Satori provides patients with hospital accreditation data and physician credentials.

Patients should be provided with information on potential risks of combining surgical procedures with long flights.
-Satori sets strict guidelines on patient procedure eligibility and if patient is qualified, Satori informs patient of risks.
