Getting started with Satori World Medical is simple with our easy-to-use online registration.  Our professional staff is dedicated to ensuring your Satori Experience™ is exceptional. In only five simple steps, you’ll be scheduled for your procedure with a world-class physician in one of the Satori Global Network™ state-of-the-art accredited hospitals.   With Satori, you will receive access to the high quality medical care you need, have your selected companion with you, share in the financial savings, all while recuperating in a unique locale. It’s all part of The Satori Experience™.

 
Step One: Registration
Since you’re already here, you’ve already begun! Click the Get Started button and then click the Individuals tab to complete your online registration form.

 
Step Two: Information Transfer
One of our surgically trained Nurse Patient Advocates will contact you to welcome you to Satori and verify your contact, employer, and medical insurance information. They are here to help guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have. During this step, we’ll also discuss transferring your medical records, confirming your medical procedure and selecting your preferred destination.

Step Three: Medical Procedure & Travel Coordination
With approval or authorization from you or your insurance company, we’re ready to start scheduling. Our dedicated team of expert Travel Care Coordinators will confirm your selection of one of Satori’s Global Network physicians and hospitals for your medical procedure.  In this step, we will:

1. Schedule your procedure with the physician and hospital
2. Coordinate travel & hotel arrangements for you and a companion
3. Coordinate Concierge Service from the International Airport to your hotel and hospital.
4. Coordinate a conference call between you and your Satori Global Network™ doctor
5. Arrange local follow-up care with your physician in the US
6. If necessary, coordinate a conference call with your US physician and your Satori Global Network™ doctor

Step Four: Travel & Procedure
When your welcome kit arrives, you’ll know it’s almost time to go. Our expert Travel Care Coordinators will provide contact details and reminder calls and walk you through your itinerary to ensure your travel is simple and your experience is exceptional.  Upon arrival, you’ll be picked up at the airport by our concierge service and taken to your hotel to get settled in for a good night’s sleep.  The next morning, our concierge service will pick you up and escort you to the hospital where you will undergo pre-operative testing.  Our concierge service will transport you and your companion to and from the hospital and airport during your entire stay.  Once all tests have been completed, you will be ready to undergo your procedure followed by a recuperation period in your hotel.

Step Five: Travel & Follow-up Care
When your Satori Global Network™ doctor clears you for travel, you and your companion will be taken to the airport by our concierge service.  Satori’s Travel Care Coordinators will confirm your appointments for follow-up care in the US with your local physician to ensure that all your needs are met once you are back home.
